Academic background

During his master's and doctoral studies at Université de Montréal, Giomny H. Ruiz received a grant from the Fonds Québécois pour la Recherche sur la Société et la Culture (FQRSC) of the Quebec government. He held the position of Coordinator of the Chair in Cultural and Religious Diversity Management for 5 years, making a significant contribution to its development.

Education and publications

Mr. Ruiz has taught courses on diversity management to undergraduate and graduate students, and has written several texts on the subject. He has taken part in scientific and political events in a dozen countries and collaborated with specialized human resources magazines. His radio and television appearances in Quebec have further strengthened his expertise.

In 2018, he founded two law firms: Solution Immigration International Inc. in Magog, specializing in foreign worker immigration, and Ruiz Immigration Inc. in Montreal, offering economic and family immigration services, as well as translation services in 7 languages.
